Refund
Policy for Onsite/In-Person Courses:
At
Medafia, we are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences.
Please carefully review our refund policy:

No
Refunds: Once your
course registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any
circumstances. This includes cancellations, non-attendance, or any other reason
after enrollment.
·
Transfer
Option: Although
refunds are not available, course fees are transferable to another Medafia
course. You may transfer your registration to another event at no additional
charge, provided the request is made in advance and in accordance with the
course transfer policy. Please note that the transfer option is valid for up to
one year from the date of your original registration.

No-Shows: Failure to attend the course,
without prior cancellation or notification, will be treated as a forfeiture of
the registration fee. No credit or refund will be provided for no-shows.

Course
Modifications or Cancellations by Medafia: In the rare event that Medafia needs to cancel or
reschedule a course, you will be offered the opportunity to transfer your
registration to a future session of the same course. If you are unable to
attend the rescheduled date, you may choose to transfer to a different course,
subject to availability.

Medafia
Conferences, will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, claims costs
or expenses of any kind whatsoever if the event is canceled, postponed or
altered due to a Force Majeure. Force Majeure is defined as any unforeseen
occurrence that renders the performance of the event impossible, inadvisable,
or impractical. Force Majeure includes but is not limited to casualty, fire,
explosion, flood, earthquake or other natural disasters, an act of God,
governmental restrictions or regulations, war or apparent acts of war,
terrorism or apparent acts of terrorism, civil disturbances or riots, strikes,
curtailments, suspension or restriction of transportation facilities and means
of transportation or any other emergency.
