At Medafia, we are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences. Please carefully review our refund policy:

No Refunds: Once your course registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, non-attendance, or any other reason after enrollment.

No Refund for Deposits or Partial Payments: Please note that deposits or any partial payments made toward the course fee are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.

Transfer Option: Although refunds are not available, course fees are transferable to another Medafia course. If you wish to transfer your registration to another event, you may do so with no additional charge, provided the request is made in advance and in accordance with the course transfer policy.

No-Shows: Failure to attend the course, without prior cancellation or notification, will be treated as a forfeiture of the registration fee. No credit or refund will be provided for no-shows.

Course Modifications or Cancellations by Medafia: In the rare event that Medafia needs to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered the opportunity to transfer your registration to a future session of the same course. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may choose to transfer to a different course, subject to availability.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We highly encourage you to review all course details and make sure you are fully committed before proceeding with your registration.
